Who is responsible

The data controller is Laura Luna Urbano, trading as Antilogy (tax ID ES45945866P).

You can contact us about your personal data at hello@theantilogy.com.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form: name, email, company, country, Instagram, website, services of interest, budget range and your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). We keep it for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

  • Newsletter and shop waitlist: your email address and the form you signed up through. We use it to send studio updates or tell you when the shop opens. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). We keep it until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.

  • Discovery calls: if you book through Calendly, your name, email and booking details are processed to schedule and hold the call. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Calendly handles that data under its own privacy policy.

  • Advertising measurement: if you accept cookies, the Meta Pixel measures how our Instagram and Facebook ads perform. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). More in our Cookie Policy.

  • Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

If a project starts, we keep contracts and invoices for the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law.

Who processes your data

We only share data with the providers that help us run the studio, each under its own data protection terms. We do not sell your data.

  • Framer: website hosting and forms.

  • Klaviyo: newsletter and waitlist emails.

  • Calendly: call booking.

  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited: advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies.

International transfers

Klaviyo, Calendly and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework when the provider is certified, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@theantilogy.com and we will reply within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

Children

This website is not aimed at people under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
